A.K.A FAQ
• Do you have a catalogue?
Yes we have but its for wholesale customers only if you would like to become a wholesale customer use the contact form and we will send one out with a price list and our terms and conditions.
• What if I need more information about a product?
We will be happy to help with any enquiries, use the private contact form and we will gather all the information you need and get back to you as quickly as possible
• Where can I buy your products locally?
If you use the locate supplier form we will be able to send you a list of a few shops that are in your area.
• Can I contact you by phone?
We would prefer you use the contact forms on the site as we will have all the information we need to hand. If you have a problem with your email then phone us up
• Are your products tested on animals?
While none of our products are Tested on animals We cannot Guarantee that all our products are vegan or vegetarian friendly.
• Do you do wholesale?
Yes we do. Your minimum first time order is £500. Use the Wholesale contact form and we will give you all the information you need and send you a catalogue and price list.
• What cards do you Accept?
We accept the following major credit and debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, solo, Jcb and Visa Electron.
• What currency do you use?
Due to the fluctuating exchange rate we only accept pounds sterling (GBP)
• Can I pay by any other method?
We only accept credit, debit and charge card payments on the website.
• Is it safe to order online?
As with most websites now days your information is encrypted at the point of purchase and even we do not see your creditcard details its all handled by Barclays bank and they notify us if the payment was successful
• Do I have to order online?
Yes we are primarily a wholesaler so its easier for us to keep track of orders and the order status if its online we do accept phone orders but they may become lost in the warehouse for some time.
• When will I be charged?
You will be charged at the final billing page of the site after that we are unable to add anything to your order only refund some or all of it.
• How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Your order will usually be dispatched with in 2-5 days and depending on where you live the royal mail (or other domestic mail service if your abroad) it is usally the next day but as with all domestic mail services its not garanteed so if you need it in a hurry let us know and we can make sure its done. The delivery times are as follows UK 1-3 days after posting, Europe 3-5 days after posting and the rest of the world, up to 2 weeks depending on where your country is.
• Do I have to pay import fees?
All import fees will have to be paid by you the customer as they are levied once it reaches the destination country. As all customs policy vary widely from country to country it is impossible to determine when and where you might have to pay.
• Can I change my order?
Just let us know as soon as possible and we will try and change it for you depending on what stage your delivery is at.
• What if there is something missing?
Just let us know and we will look into your order it might be out of stock in which case we will have refunded you and made a note of it on the order form. If it was our mistake we will send any items out as soon as we know.
• Can I cancel my order or return it if unhappy?
Under the UK distance selling regulations 2000 you have the right to a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your goods. Email us or write a letter explaining the reason for the refund or exchange and return the products in the same condition as they were sent and we will be happy to help you out.
I’m not going to be in when you deliver my item?
The royal mail will leave a while you were out card and you can follow the instructions on there to re-arrange delivery or pick the item up yourself from the nearest depot.
• Colour representation.
Although we have tried to get the colours as accurate as possible the colours in the photographs may vary from their true colour due to the processes involved in photographing them and converting thme into an internet friendly resolution.
We do not disclose any buyer information that includes email addresses, to any third parties. Cookies are used on our site but only to keep track of your basket contents and other details the site may need to know.
